We believe that access to productive assets transforms lives. Too many talented Togolese entrepreneurs lack the capital to buy the equipment they need to start or grow a business. Egnonam Properties bridges that gap through fair, transparent lease-to-own financing.

Today we finance motorcycles—the backbone of transport and commerce across Togo—and we are building toward a future that includes agriculture, housing, and beyond.

Why we started

Young people in Togo finish school and face a wall. There are few formal jobs, and starting something of your own requires capital most families don’t have.

But Togo runs on movement. Roads carry 90% of all passengers and goods. A motorcycle isn’t a luxury — it’s a livelihood. It gets a driver to their first fare, a trader to the market, a student to class.
